Our bio-resonance technology provides an extremely effective, natural and non invasive approach to easily manage your horse's ongoing health or recovery from injury. StreamZ products treat the whole body and are suitable for 24x7 use, including turnout.
StreamZ rebalances the living system back to its optimum state. This rebalancing effect creates significant benefits over more traditional alternative treatments including infrared technology and static magnetic horse boots/wraps.
Complementary treatments, aimed at being less invasive than mainstream treatments, have been used for decades to support horses with equine joint issues such as DJD and various other joint conditions, tendon muscle or ligament strains, laminitis, navicular, windgalls, splint injuries, ringbone and much more.
EQU StreamZ fully-adjustable horse bands (one size fits all) are worn in pairs. Each band wraps comfortably around either the cannon bone or pastern, providing full-body coverage, placed on any two legs either front or back.
StreamZ technology interacts with the living system in a different way to more traditional methods; creating no thermal reaction (heat) in the body, the bands can be worn for long periods of time, including turnout and in all weather conditions. This benefit is of particular interest to horses who may suffer from inflammation or swelling, are recovering from a muscle tendon or ligament injury or have any other condition where increasing heat should be avoided.
The bands are extremely easy to use and maintain and are ‘one-size-fits all’ - from Mini-Shetlands to Cobs or Shires. Using injection-moulded hook-and-loop material the bands are lightweight yet durable and suitable for 24x7 use in most weather conditions.
Ideally used as complementary device pre exercise or post competition or when rehabilitating following an injury. The bands provide immediate support when reacting to a horses injury and can be used as part of a more proactive and preventative measure.
EQU StreamZ are packaged using biodegradable compostable starch packaging and recyclable materials.

Medical Warnings
As with prescribed medications, StreamZ does not offer any guarantees for the intended purpose of use.
Heart condition?: EQU StreamZ should not be worn on any horse diagnosed with a medical heart condition without seeking medical advice beforehand.
Sensitive skin?: Some animals, particularly greys (white haired horses) or horses with allergic contact dermatitis, may find the neoprene too sensitive to place against the skin. If you notice any discomfort or discolouration on the skin within the first 1 to 24 hours then remove the bands. If problems persist then the horses legs can be wrapped in k-tape or vetrap prior to fitting the bands.
Note: Tape can can applied to the horse's legs prior to fitting the bands, avoiding direct contact with the skin. Follow the advise HERE if you wish to do this.
The StreamZ strips can also be removed from the sleeves and wrapped around the horses leg within a bandage/vet wrap - avoiding the use of neoprene entirely.
Cushings?: If your horse has been previously diagnosed with severe Cushings then you may want to speak with a vet prior to use.
StreamZ are a complementary device and should never replace prescribed medications or treatments.
How to use
Each horse is advised to wear two EQU StreamZ bands (one pair) just above or below the fetlock area, on any two front or hind legs.
Ensure the horses legs are clean before fitting the bands.
If using in soft ground, or on sensitive skinned horses, a few layers of equine tape can be applied around the leg prior to fitting the bands. This can also be beneficial when using the bands in stables using bed shavings.
Make sure at all times that the bands are fitted evenly ensuring that the Velcro fastening hooks cannot touch the horses skin.
The bands should be removed for riding.
Wrap around the leg ensuring they are tight enough to not spin around the leg. Around one fingers width between the horse and the bands will be about right.
The technology is designed to be worn for a minimum of 8 hours a day although results have been reported as significantly greater when used 24x7.
Where and when to wear the bands
ABOVE Fetlock (around the cannon bone) – use when turned out in soft ground conditions or whilst in light work.
BELOW Fetlock (around the pastern) – use below fetlock when turned in or on box rest. (Slightly better reaction when placed below, but movement is found below the fetlock)
If the ground is soft enough to allow the bands to be partially or fully submerged then the bands should be removed. Tape can be used below or above the bands if you do wish to use the product in very muddy weather.
In wet/muddy conditions it is advised to remove the bands completely if the bands will become submerged in use.
The bands can be placed on any two legs; providing 'full-body coverage'.
Care and attention and 'a level of common-sense' is required for the bands to last; as with any other tack product.
Damaged or Lost bands
Lost bands are not covered under warranty and single bands are not available for purchase.
Please note that most horses have the ability to remove the bands. They may have no history in removing tack in the past, but there is a first time for everything. If bands are found damaged or on the floor it is highly likely they have been removed. Our team will be able to advise.
'Turnout strips' are available for a small fee, these are small 10cm badges which fit over the fastening tongue of our horse bands. These are glow-in-the-dark neon yellow and have been developed to strengthen the fastening of the bands and allow them to be found easier if they are removed. Ideal for 'chewers' or horses turned out for long periods of time.

Equine Joint Conditions in horses
Due to their size and athletic abilities, horses can develop a variety of joint conditions, such as ringbone or degenerative joint disorders. Many horses at some point in their lives will experience joint issues or injuries. With advanced diagnosis technologies (such as MRI and Thermal Imaging) we are now able to fully understand the exact condition and there for help provide the best recovery plan moving forward.
Laminitis in horses
Laminitis is an inflammatory condition of the sensitive layers (laminae) within a horse’s hoof. It is a condition found in horses all year round that can lead to extreme pain and have significant welfare implications to the horse. The condition requires immediate medical intervention and often demands a change to their diet and/or living conditions.
Inflammation in horses
There are a magnitude of reasons why horses can develop forms of inflammation. Horses can develop swelling from simply standing around too long, through a result of a trauma or injury, conditions such as windgalls, or due to an underlying health issue. There are various techniques used to help inflammation including anti-inflammatory medications, natural techniques and even applying cold water.
Tendon, ligament and muscle injuries in horses
As large animals, many of which lead an active lifestyle, it can be common to experience splint injuries or tendon, ligament or muscle injuries in their legs and feet. As with many injuries and conditions in horses, technology now provides a valuable insight into the exact injury. Rest and recovery times can be extensive with many muscle or ligament type injury.
Navicular in horses
Navicular, a complicated part of the horses hoof, is a commonly found ‘problem-area' for horse owners to manage (particularly in older horses). Navicular issues in horses can require extensive and ongoing support.

Bio-Resonance Therapy
There are several complementary health products available within the equine market; from traditional static magnetic devices to infra-red boots and electromagnetic pulse therapy.

Independent double-blind studies were carried out by a leading equine university. The positive results within these studies has led to further research being commissioned with a variety of partners including universities and equine technology experts. Although supported with clinical studies, StreamZ are unable to claim various and specific benefits due to strict advertising regulations. Anecdotal reviews help ‘spread the word’ but do not represent scientific proof. As a complementary device EQU StreamZ horse bands should be used alongside prescribed medications and not as a substitute.
